Taylor Swift got lucky in this year’s Grammy Awards. The American singer and songwriter managed to bag the best album award at the 58th Grammy Awards that was held at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Monday night.
Swift pointed out in her speech that she is the first woman to win album of the year twice and added: “I want to say to all the young women out there – there are going to be people along the way who are going to try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame.”
On the other hand, Adelle who was in competition with Taylor at the 58th Grammy Awards performances suffered a technical problem while singing ‘All I Ask’. Due to the cut down of her microphone wire and disturbance of some offset guitar rhythm taking place at the back stage, the singer sounded a little off tune. Hence, she managed to regain the rhythm soon.
The singer on Twitter shared a post that quotes:
The piano mics fell on to the piano strings, that's what the guitar sound was. It made it sound out of tune. Shit happens. X
